General Terms of Sale
These terms apply to any sticker order placed on Observatoire du slop. They are accepted at the moment of payment. Last updated: 2026-09-12.

Products
Stickers printed on demand, from a design supplied by the drop's artist. Details (artist, price) appear on the drop's page. Visuals are indicative; printed colors may differ slightly from the screen.
Price
Prices are shown in euros, per sticker, shipping included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code (CGI).
The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order. The site reserves the right to change it for future orders.
Order and payment
Payment is made by card, via Stripe, on a secure page. The order is final once paid. A receipt is sent by Stripe to the email address provided. If the drop is no longer available, or the address supplied cannot be used, at the time payment is confirmed, the order is cancelled and fully refunded automatically.
The seller keeps neither payment data nor the delivery address; see the privacy policy.
Delivery
Delivery to the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands. Printing and shipping handled by Prodigi. Indicative timeframe: 5 to 10 working days after payment. In case of a delay of more than thirty days beyond the indicative date, the buyer may cancel and be refunded.
Right of withdrawal
Under articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, with no reason needed, by writing to contact@iaslop.fr with the order number. The product must be returned in its original condition, at the buyer's expense, to the address given in the reply. The refund is issued within fourteen days of receiving the return.
Warranties
The buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). An item damaged on arrival is reprinted or refunded on simple submission of a photo.
Disputes
If a disagreement is not resolved in writing, the buyer may freely refer the matter to the consumer mediator [médiateur de la consommation] ([https://…]) or to the European online dispute resolution platform. French law applies.
Governing language
This translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
