Privacy policy

No personal metadata by construction: the photo is redrawn on your device before it is sent, which strips the EXIF data and GPS position before the file even leaves the device. The server only receives this image and a 10 km grid cell identifier, and refuses any other field. An image stays visible only to the person moderating until it is approved; nothing is published without human review, which refuses any image containing a name, an address, or another identifier. A refused image is deleted from the server the moment it is refused. No IP address is logged with a submission.

Data: artist name, email address, link to a portfolio, optional message. Purpose: to contact you about a drop. Legal basis: your consent, given by checking the form's box. Retention: 180 days at most, then automatic deletion; immediate deletion on request.

Payment and the delivery address are collected by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland), responsible for its own processing. The address is passed once to Prodigi (Prodigi Group Ltd, United Kingdom, a country recognized as adequate by the European Commission) to print and ship the order. The site only keeps the session and order identifiers, the order status, and, once shipped, the carrier and tracking number. Receipts are sent by Stripe.

Two strictly necessary session cookies, used only by the site's administrator.

Google Analytics is only loaded after explicit consent, given in the banner shown at the bottom of the page; without it, no tracking cookie is set and no request is sent to Google. Details of the cookies set, retention period, and how to withdraw consent: see the cookies page.

To limit abuse, the server counts requests per IP address in memory for one hour, without writing them anywhere. No advertising tracker, no embedded social network. The site is hosted in France.

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability: write to contact@iaslop.fr. You can also refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr). For an image on the wall, the takedown button under the image is faster than a letter.
